## AI agent onboarding path
1. A human admin signs up at https://firmfact.com/users/sign_up
2. The admin confirms the email address and enters the workspace
3. The organisation subscribes to a paid plan (Professional and above), which includes API and MCP access, or evaluates first against the demo workspace included with every signup, which has MCP access on every plan and returns clearly-marked sample data
4. EITHER: the user adds `/mcp` as a remote MCP server in an OAuth-capable client (claude.ai custom connectors), sets OAuth Client ID `claude` (no secret) in the connector's advanced settings (required, as this server offers no dynamic client registration) and approves the consent screen
5. OR: an account admin creates a token in `Settings, then API Tokens` and the AI client connects to `/mcp` with the Bearer token (Claude Desktop users can install the one-click `.mcpb` extension instead)
