Firmfact is market data access management software for finance, procurement, and market data operations teams. All prices are in EUR, exclusive of applicable VAT. No per-seat add-ons. All vendor interfaces included in every plan.

There is no monthly billing option, on any plan. Commitment terms are Quarterly, Yearly, 2-year, or 3-year, billed in advance (Quarterly every 3 months; Yearly and longer in annual instalments). All four terms price at the same per-month-equivalent rate for a given plan and capacity step — no term carries a discount or premium. The benefit of a longer commitment is locking in the current price for that term.

## Billing

**Currency:** EUR. Prices exclude VAT.

**No automatic overages.** Limits are hard-enforced — the platform blocks the action when you reach a limit rather than silently billing more. Upgrade your plan or capacity step to increase limits.

**No credit card required** for the Starter plan. Paid plans are activated after completing online checkout or signing an Order Form.

**Payment methods:** SEPA/SWIFT bank transfer and card payments accepted.

## FAQ

**What counts as a "tracked user"?**
A tracked user is a person or department with at least one active cost allocation — a cost line against their name or team. User accounts that log in but carry no cost lines do not consume tracked-user capacity.

**What is an "incoming document"?**
Any document processed by the ingestion pipeline: an invoice, fee note, invoice attachment, or contract PDF submitted for AI extraction and cost matching.

**Does the capacity slider apply to Professional?**
No. Professional has fixed limits and is not affected by the capacity selector.

**What does Front Desk include?**
Front Desk is a workflow governance layer exclusive to Enterprise Plus. It covers four areas: order management (structured access requests with configurable approval chains), approval routing (multi-step workflows with delegation and escalation), segregation of duties (policy enforcement preventing self-approval of spend), and usage reviews & renewals (scheduled review cycles tied to the contract lifecycle). Front Desk is in early access / roadmap rollout for the first cohort.

**Is DORA / regulated-outsourcing support included?**
Baseline DORA and regulated-outsourcing cooperation are included on Enterprise and Enterprise Plus. It is not included on Professional by default; this can be added by a separate Order Form negotiation.
