Pricing questions
What counts as a tracked organisational entity?
A user or department with at least one active cost allocation. Team members who log in but carry no cost do not count.
What is an incoming document?
Any document that goes through intake, for example by email, upload or the CLI: invoices, contracts, order forms, statements, vendor reports and spreadsheets such as HR lists. Files sent together as one related group count once, and the sample data in the Demo workspace does not count.
Are there automatic overages?
No. Limits are hard-enforced: the platform blocks the action when you reach a limit rather than silently billing more. Upgrade your plan or capacity step to increase limits.
Is there a time limit on the free plan?
No. The Starter plan is free with no time limit; its limits are on volume, not time. Paid plans start once the Order Form is signed.
Can I switch commitment term, for example from quarterly to yearly?
Yes. Contact support@firmfact.com to change your commitment term.
